Spotish for macOS
It’s Spotify in your Mac’s menu bar.
That’s it. That’s the whole app.
Requires macOS Big Sur or later.
Intel and Apple Silicon compatible.
I hardly ever listen to my music with Spotify or other streaming services. The music I care about – my collection of 40,000 mp3s dating back to CDs I ripped in high school – are all stored on my Mac.
If I’m listening to my music, I know exactly what’s playing at any given moment. I’m sure you do, too.
I use Spotify for discovery – to find something new and amazing. Which means I often have no idea what I’m listening to.
Spotish shows what is currently playing without cluttering up your desktop or making you switch to another app.
